Credit card required on file for new clients. Credit card will be securely held on file in Quickbooks Online and will be charged automatically once job is completed. Once client has reached 10 successful invoices, credit terms will be evaluated and net 30 will be issued. Please note - Any overdue invoices are subject to interest at the rate of 18% per annum will be charged on all accounts over 30 days unless extended by written notice. *

Ownership of parts, materials and any product sold by Carbon Mechanical or representatives will be considered Carbon Mechanical property until associated invoice (labor and parts) is paid in full. *

Minimum 1 hr call out for regular time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm). *

Minimum 2 hour call out at time and a half on evenings (emergency calls after 4:00 pm or requested by client), weekends and statutory holidays (double time on Christmas Day). *
